Net als elke week begon de aflevering met een hoop discussies over de complotten. Daarna was het tijd voor de proef. Bij de proef speelde het gewicht van modder een belangrijke rol.
Spelen met modder
De kandidaten moesten zoveel mogelijk modder via hun lichaam vervoeren naar een bak. Die bak moest gevuld worden totdat deze gelijk was aan hun lichaamsgewicht. Wanneer de bak vol genoeg was moesten de kandidaten over een weegbrug lopen. Op het moment dat er genoeg modder in de bak zat kon de kandidaat de overkant van de brug bereiken, op het moment dat het weinig was moesten ze weer door gaan.
Bericht van het thuisfront
Het was Kay die proef won. Hij won hiermee immuniteit. Mr. Polska werd tweede. Kay en Mr. Polska mochten samen met Rick naar een prachtig eiland in een hutje genieten van koffie en koeken en berichten van het thuisfront. Zo kregen de kandidaten brieven, foto’s en filmpjes van thuis. De overige kandidaten keerden teleurgesteld terug naar het Basis Kamp. Uit alle gesprekken bleek al snel dat Mr. Polska tijdens de eilandraad waarschijnlijk weggestemd gaat worden.
Eilandraad: Mr. Polska vs Lobke
Na terugkeer van Kay, Mr. Polska en Rick vertrokken alle kandidaten naar de eilandraad. Tijdens de eilandraad konden de kandidaten kiezen voor stemmen of brieven van het thuisfront lezen. Alle kandidaten kozen voor stemmen. Uiteindelijk waren het Krystl en Freddy die beide één stem kregen. Lobke kreeg er drie. Mr. Polska kreeg negen stemmen tegen. Dit betekende dat Mr. Polska per direct de expeditie moest verlaten.
